It's easy, really. Just take a choice size glass and fill it half full of white wine. Then fill it up with cool lemon soda (like 7up or Sprite) and, if you like, garnish with a slice of lime.

Refreshing! Big warning though: This is a real easy drinker, so just don't go for to many glasses to fast!

Thoroughly wash and rinse a 30L tub out. Then pour into the tub 750ml of vodka (any kind, cheap and nasty is fine), two bottles of champagne (one of them can be a sparkling rose or pink sparkling), a bottle of white wine, 4L of pineapple juice, 1.5L of orange juice, 1.5L of lemonade and 1.5L of soda water. To this mixture, add some chopped watermelon and seedless grapes. Finish off with a few scoops of ice (not too much, dont want to water her down now). And there you have the greatest ever punch. For best results, drink quickly!

First, soak the strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries in rum for at least 3 hours - although I cover them in a bowl and soak overnight.

Once the fruit is ready, mix the white rum, white wine, red wine and cranberry juice in a pitcher. Play with the proportions to suit your taste. Liberal sampling is recommended. In fact invite a neighbor or two over to sample a glass just to be sure. Then - Add the fruit.

Ladle into large goblets and serve chilled - preferably with an afternoon barbecue.

Variation - I have also tried to mix in a bit of Sprite or 7-up, although it makes it a bit too "fizzy" for my tastes.

This drink is very popular in Northern Italy, especially Venice. Seems like everyone is drinking it, either with Campari or Aperol. I prefer it with Campari. This drink should be served in very large red wine glasses, the entire drink should only fill half the glass or so. The wine should preferably be a prosecco, but any dry white wine does it. Start with the wine, then add the bitters. Add a splash of Soda water adds some extra quality to the drink. Finish with an Orange Slice. Salute!

Mix 3 measures of Tanqueray gin with 1 measure of Stolichnaya vodka and one-half measure of Kina Lillet. Shake over ice until ice cold, then strain into deep champagne goblet or martini glass and add a large thin slice of lemon peel.

Enjoy an amazing drink, one of the best martini variations!

Note: Extratasty has listed the Kina Lillet as white wine in the ingredients list. Nowadays, you probably won't be able to find Kina Lillet. Instead, you can use Lillet Blanc and then add a pinch of quinine powder to the drink in order to emulate the bitterness of Kina Lillet.
