Using a shaker with a handful of ice in it, add the Vodka, next add the Milk (or cream), next add the Cream soda, next add the Vanilla extract (just a few drops), and then shake it up. The pressure from the soda being shaken should make the lid pop off the shaker (just make sure you shake it over a sink). Pour into martini glasses (should make two drinks) and serve with whipped cream on top. Tastes very similar to a vanilla Italian soda, hence the name of the drink.

*Please note that the vanilla extract is really "0.5 part"-- it's really more like a little splash.

1. Prepare a tall glass full of ice.
2. Add the vanilla vodka (Smirnoff Vanilla Twist).
3. Add the Coke.
4. Add the splash of vanilla extract.
5. Mix and enjoy.

6. Optional: I'm a citrus fan, so I like to rub the lip of the glass with a little lime.

Place the bottle of vodka in the freezer overnight, to really get it cold. It will have a sort of syrup-like texture.

In a stainless-steel shaker, place some ice cubes, add the vodka, the bourbon*, and the vanilla extract**. Shake vigorously until your hand feels really cold (there should be some frost on the shaker).

Serve in a lowball glass on some fresh ice cubes. Feel free to improve on the recipe. Enjoy! ;)

*You can also replace the bourbon with Southern Comfort, as suggested.

**Alternatively, you may use some vanilla flavored vodka, but vanilla extract is better, because you can dose it as you please.

Separate a dozen eggs to whites and yolks. Add 3/4 cup of sugar to the yolks and 3/4 cup sugar to the egg whites. Beat and let yolks cool in a freezer for 45 minutes to an hour. Then combine 3 cups of heavy whipping cream, 4.5 cups of milk, and add to the yolks, then fold until well combined. Mix in 4.5 cups of Bailey's Irish Cream and 3 tablespoons of Pure Vanilla Extract. Mix in egg whites gradually. Add 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon and a tablespoon of pumpkin spice. Beat well.

For best results, mix before each serving, serve cold, and add whipped cream topping with freshly ground nutmeg at a garnish.

(raw egg yolks can cause salmonella and can have other unhealthy effects. there is no evidence that the alcohol will stabilize the yolks, however chances of illness are extremely unlikely and usually never life threatening)
