this is lifted directly from the food network website, i'm just sharing the love! personally, i'm going to make it with more alcohol (hopefully it will freeze). use the ratios listed below (NOT what it says above!), or modify them to your tastes and share your results in the comments.

3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons tequila
2 tablespoons orange liqueur (recommended: Grand Marnier)
Kosher salt, for garnish
Special Equipment: 4 small cups (recommended: Dixie), 4 popsicle sticks

Combine sugar, lime juice, water, lemon juice and orange juice in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring, until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Once cool transfer to a blender with tequila, orange liqueur, and lime wedge and process until smooth. Pour into the cups and cover the top of each cup with foil. Place the popsicle stick in center of cup (down through foil, which will hold it in place). Freeze until hard, preferably overnight. Remove from freezer and run cup under warm water to loosen popsicle. Garnish with kosher salt and serve.

Fill a wine glass full of ice and squeeze some fruits like lemon, lime, orange into the glass. Then add the Raspberry Vodka, the Lemon Rum, and the Peach Schnapps, next add the Red wine. Any red would do, but it would be best to use a Spanish or South American wine. Next add the Sour mix, give the drink a little shake and then finish it off with a splash of Lemon-Lime Soda.

This is usually the ingredients that i have at my bar, but it is fun to mix it up. Using different fruits or flavored liquors. Enjoy!

Shake well (use a shaker) and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with flamed orange peel, and serve.

To make a flamed peel: Hold the twist (ideally about 1 1/2 inches long) by the side, not the ends, skin side down, a few inches above the drink.

Hold a match between the drink and the twist, close to the twist. Snap the twist, releasing the oil through the flame and onto the surface of the drink.

Great for summer or any dark venue - flames are always a pleaser. Yeah, fire!
