To make Earl Grey-infused vodka: For a 750 ml bottle, steep 4 tea bags for four to five hours (or until it's brewed-tea color; don't let it sit too long, or it will get bitter and tannic).

Prepare a tall glass full of ice then add the Vodka, next add the Lemon soda, next add the Mint, next add the Lemon wedge.

original recipe called for a splash of simple syrup, but I say leave it out!

Goes down easy-peasy regardless!

Put about 3 shots of vodka into a cocktail shaker full of ice.

Next, squeeze all the juice from a large grapefruit (Texas Ruby are best) into the shaker (it's ok if some of the pulp goes into the shaker too). Fresh squeezed is a must - this is a good way to use up those old grapefruits you haven't eaten.

Shake vigorously and serve!

Makes about 2 martini glasses full.

This works best with Pyrat dark rum and Dixie Peach Juice from Trader Joes.

First, take a tall, empty glass and place it in the freezer.

Mix the rum, peach juice, ice, and vanilla ice cream in a blender. Add enough ice cream so that it is a smooth blend. Mix it up.

Take the now frosty glass out of the freezer and fill it to the rim. Garnish with a slice of peach on the glass.

Yum!

PS: Drink it slow... otherwise you will get brain freeze.

I usually make this for parties in the summer so you should probably pay more attention to what's going on down here.

Mix a 700 ml bottle of Pimm's No. 1 (that's the gin), 32 ounces of limeade (I use Santa Cruz organic limeade), and 36 ounces of ginger ale (I use three bottles of Reed's ginger beer) in a pitcher. Let it chill for an hour or so. Just before you serve, add a diced green apple and some cucumber slices to the pitcher, but make sure you have a ladle or a strainer so your guests won't be chagrined by what ends up in their cups.

Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with an orange slice.

Requires SKYY Citrus. One of the better citrus vodkas, as you can actually taste and smell the various types (grapefruit, lime, tangerine, etc.)
Also, please use REAL cranberry juice, not cocktail
