1. Take 4 decent-sized strawberries, cut them in half and whack em in the Boston glass. Drizzle a little bit of sugar syrup on for effect.
2. Muddle that until the strawberries are mushed to bits
3. Squeeze about half a limes worth of juice. Doesnt have to be hardcore.
4. Add 100ml of orange juice (4 part)
5. Add 25ml of the Stoli raspberry (1 part)
6. Add 25ml of the Lychee liqueur (1 part)
7. Whack in some ice cubes, whack on the Boston tin and SHAKE IT BABY!
8. Stick it in a 12 ounce glass with *without* straws but *with* a plastic mixer thingy
Note: I used the ice in the shaker so they got the strawberry fruit in the glass though i guess you could strain it into a 9 ounce glass with fresh ice.

Begin by chilling the blue curacao in the freezer or colder place than the other ingredients

Heavily shake the two measures of White rum, teaspoon of sugar syrup and single measure of lime juice with crushed ice until thoroughly frosted, then strain and pour over large lumps of ice in a tall thin glass.

Next; top up with lemonade and wait for fizz to settle. Now comes the interesting part: make sure there are people watching as you slowly pour about a measure of blue curacao over the back of a teaspoon over the bobbing ice. let the curacao slip to the bottom and serve.

Never serve with a straw for fear that your masterpiece will be unrecognisably ruined.

Add a bar spoon of brown sugar and a splash of gomme (sugar syrup). Muddle until everything is mushed and smelling "minty limey". Add 2 measures (50ml) of Havana rum and put the bar spoon in the glass, flat side down. Whack in enough crushed ice to 3/4 fill the glass and mix thoroughly with the bar spoon under the ice. Remove the spoon and add a little more ice and top with soda water. Straw test it, if its a bit strong then add some lime cordial but ask the customer how they like it :)
