This drink is not generally made by the glass. Its great for 1-2ppl per recipe, also, i couldn't get the ingredients to show up just right. Follow the directions for correct amounts.

Put 1 bottle of red wine (merlot is best)in a medium saucepan and add 3/4 c. of water and 1/2 c. of sugar. Also put in a whole cinnamon stick, a tablespoon of lemon juice and 5 whole cloves. Warm slowly stirring, esp. until sugar dissolves. Don't let it boil, but it should be ready in about 25 minutes. Put a lemon slice into the bottom of coffee cups before pouring. Make sure the cloves or cinnamon sticks arent poured out. Great drink for cold days or nights.

Shake the Absolut Peppar and OJ til it's ice cold, and pour into a sugar rimmed cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of fresh Jalapeno.

This is a take on a similar martini recipe from Ford's Filling Station in Carson City, CA. I believe they use a homemade jalapeno liquor as well, but this drink doesn't hinge on that. It's quite good without! The orange and pepper make a great combo, but only on an empty stomach. I prefer this with a whitefish or light Italian food.

Or for breakfast.

Again, quite a meal!

This is perfect for making a reasonably pleasant tasting, but relatively cheap punch, for a hot summer's day. But pick your audience - more suited to a debauched house party than any other social occasion.
Take 3 litres of Vodka
Dissolve 1.5kg sugar into the vodka. Make sure that it completely dissolves.
Thinly slice 6 lemons, and add to the mix.
Add one medium size bag of ice.
Leave in the sun until ice is 3/4 melted, stirring from time to time.
Add 2 litres of Lemon-lime soda
Stir.
Serve.
Add more ice if it starts to warm up.

This is something that takes a few days to really make, as it's an infusion or a flavored vodka recipie. Skin a medium nob of ginger root with a veggie peeler. It doesn't have to be perfect, it just cuts down on crud in the final product. Now slice the ginger very thinly, across the root, either with a paring knife or a mandolin. Pour about 16oz of vodka in a jar, any will do; add the shaved ginger; add about 2 tablespoons of sugar. Don't worry, it won't be particularly sweet, but the sugar is necessary to bring out the ginger's flavor. Seal the jar & shake it to dissolve the sugar, and then let sit. Minimum 8 hours, best after a couple of days. Shake the jar again once or twice a day, and give it a quick one-two before you drink it. Shoots like a dream, impress your friends, add a new twist to your basic cocktails.

Cap the bottle, and shake. Open the bottle to let some of the built up Co2 to escape, then close and let chill in the fridge.

To drink, get a 6oz glass fill it with ice and pour in the hard lemonade, and save the rest for later.

This is great on a summers day.

Separate a dozen eggs to whites and yolks. Add 3/4 cup of sugar to the yolks and 3/4 cup sugar to the egg whites. Beat and let yolks cool in a freezer for 45 minutes to an hour. Then combine 3 cups of heavy whipping cream, 4.5 cups of milk, and add to the yolks, then fold until well combined. Mix in 4.5 cups of Bailey's Irish Cream and 3 tablespoons of Pure Vanilla Extract. Mix in egg whites gradually. Add 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon and a tablespoon of pumpkin spice. Beat well.

For best results, mix before each serving, serve cold, and add whipped cream topping with freshly ground nutmeg at a garnish.

This classic cocktail is extremely well-known, as well as well balanced. It originated in the early 1900s in France by a man whom visited the same Parisian bar each night in his friend's motorcycle sidecar. It is one of the staples of cocktails.
