Pour Vodka in a tall glass. Mix in Iced tea, and then add lemon juice. In an average glass about a shots worth of lemon juice is all you need, you only need a hint of the flavour to give it some kick. Too much lemon juice will overwhelm the drink.

Ice is completely optional, but is a nice touch if the weather is warm. In fact, this drink is best served in the summer.

Take a tall glass, add as much Baily's or off-brand equivelent as you desire. Add milk - decent milk, no 1% B.S. Stir in two spoonfuls of Quik. Grab some oreos and do the dunk!

NOTE: If anything is unchilled, serve over an ice cube or two.

ADDITIONAL NOTE: For an experimental thrill, throw the drink in a blender WITH the oreos. Mmm...crumbley!

ONE MORE NOTE
This is a drink for the little babychild in all of us. It is best consumed as an "unwinder" after a hard day at your undesignated Place Of Adult Responsibility.

Prepare a tall glass shaker wit ice then add 3 shots of Vodka, 1 shot of Triple Sec, 1 shot of Peachtree Schnapps, and then add about 10 oz. of Orange juice. Shake well in the shaker, pour into a pint glass and serve.

Be careful, this drink is a sneeker, it goes down smooth so people will tend to drink several of these before they realized its going to knock them out.

A little history about the drink. This drink was made back in the pre dot-com era when us geeks didn't get paid much. I had a house party and the liqure stores were closed. We didn't have the right stuff for a Long Island or a AMF so we made this baby just by mixing and tasting. We used O.J. from frozen concentrate but found it works best if you buy pulp free Minute Maid from the store.

This is an Indonesian drink. It may sound quite bizarre at first but the creaminess of the avocado and the taste of chocolate is exquisite.

Cut your avocado in half, pit it, scoop out the green, and throw it in a blender.
Add a couple tablespoons of sugar syrup into the blender and mix the avocado and the syrup together.
When it starts becoming smooth, pour in 1/4 cup of cold milk and continue to mix. Pour it into a tall glass.
Layer with chocolate milk and chocolate liqueur.

First, heat and melt the Caramel in a saucepan being careful not to burn the caramel onto the saucepan. While that is going on, mix, in equal measures, the Chocolate Liqueur, the Caramel Liqueur and the Dark Rum and pour into a Collin's glass (typically 14oz, but 12oz works fine).

As a finisher, pour in the liquid Caramel and leave for 30 seconds before serving. This allows the liquid Caramel to settle to the bottom of the glass (as it is denser). The trick is not to leave the drink too long, otherwise the Caramel will solidify again as it is in a relatively cold environment. It is for this reason that ice should NEVER be used in this drink as it wil spoil it. Serve with a stirrer, allowing the drinker to mix the Caramel with the rest of the drink if they so desire.

The resulting drink is one of the smoothest around; with a sweet aftertaste, and, with the added twist of Caramel, it's the kind of drink to have with a few friends around a warm fire in the depths of winter.
