Prep an old fashioned/ rocks glass by putting it in the fridge. Also leave out the chocolate icecream for 5 minutes to get it to a creamier stage.

Scoop a rich amount of icecream into a shaker with ice and add the milk (around half a cup should do) 1 nip of frangelico and dash of grenadine. Shake and strain into the rocks glass

You can muddle strawberries in the bottom of the glass if you wish, though this is already a decadent sipper.

A good tip is to use an expensive brand of chocolate icecream like entice, because the creamy mousse flavour is what you're aiming for. You can change the flavour of the icecream to honeycomb to get a Valentine Revenge.

Enjoy.

Prepare a mug with a sugar rim. Pour 1/2 shot of Creme De Menthe and a 1/2 shot of Bailey's Irish Cream together (or a shot of each if you want to be bold!). Fill with hot chocolate and top with whipped cream.

Add a sprinkle of chocolate shavings and a candy cane as a super-fantastic holiday treat!
