Easy as pie, so why oh why?! Pour an entire 750 ml bottle of gold tequila (preferably Jose Cuervo Especial), into a big, glass container that can be covered. Get a fresh Pineapple, skin that sucker, and chop it up into bite-sized squares (you see where I'm going with this?). Add them all to the tequila, cover it with aluminum foil, and leave it in the fridge for a good week, stirring every day or so.

Now, carefully pull it out, and pour yourself one of the most delicious shots you've ever had, or add ice and enjoy on the rocks. Or, even better, add this new tequila to your existing margarita and drink recipes!

But the very best part of this? Take a bite of those pineapple chunks that have been floating in the tequila for a week. Please, sit down before doing so.

This drink is so yummy!

Take a ten ounce can of frozen Bacardi Pina Colada Mix and dump it into a blender. Add five ounces of pineapple rum and fill the blender almost to the top with ice. Blend everything together until smooth. Rim four or five hurricane glasses with pink sugar (can be bought or made by dying granulated sugar with a tiny amount of red dye). After rimming the glasses, pour the pina coladas into the glasses. Add a straw to each glass, garnish with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry and enjoy!

Special Note:
I made this using homemade infused orange-pineapple vodka. But I think some orange and pineapple vodkas would work.

Okay so grab a nice big glass (We did it on the rocks) throw in some ice and then pour in a shot or 2 of the vodkas, then top that with a shot of some tequila (we used Jose Cuervo). Then pour in your favorite margarita mix and top with a splash of fresh lime juice. Its super refreshing and can be a good party drink. Talk up how you infused the vodka yourself to impress your guests!

Infusion Instructions:
If you want to try it the way I made it take 1 orange and then some precut pineapple slices, slice up some orange and cut up the pineapple and then drop it in a mason jar with vodka. Let that sit for about 4 days and then take the orange out, and then about 3 more days and take the pineapple out(depending on how potent you want the aroma/flavor to be). Strain the vodka through a coffee strainer to get all the little fruit pieces once your done.
