Put vodka and juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake. Strain into a cocktail glass.

The acidity of the passion fruit juice matches well with the sweetness of the orange vodka and the spicyness of the Absolut Peppar. If you're not a big fan of spicy drinks, go easy on the Absolut Peppar.

Shake the Absolut Peppar and OJ til it's ice cold, and pour into a sugar rimmed cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of fresh Jalapeno.

This is a take on a similar martini recipe from Ford's Filling Station in Carson City, CA. I believe they use a homemade jalapeno liquor as well, but this drink doesn't hinge on that. It's quite good without! The orange and pepper make a great combo, but only on an empty stomach. I prefer this with a whitefish or light Italian food.

Or for breakfast.

Again, quite a meal!
