This is a nicer version of the ubiquitous vodka redbull! You should hopefully be able to find Thai red bull (http://www.kratingdaeng.com/) in Asian food stores - there are also online stockists available.

It is the original energy drink that red bull was based on, and is 8 times more potent than the westernised version. I reckon it tastes much nicer and doesn't leave the same awful morning-aftertaste :)

Prepare a tall glass full of ice then add the Vodka, next add the Thai red bull (http://www.kratingdaeng.com/), next squeeze the lime into the glass before adding the skins. Finally, add the Soda water.

You could use lemonade instead of soda water for a slightly sweeter taste.

Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with an orange slice.

Requires SKYY Citrus. One of the better citrus vodkas, as you can actually taste and smell the various types (grapefruit, lime, tangerine, etc.)
Also, please use REAL cranberry juice, not cocktail

this is lifted directly from the food network website, i'm just sharing the love! personally, i'm going to make it with more alcohol (hopefully it will freeze). use the ratios listed below (NOT what it says above!), or modify them to your tastes and share your results in the comments.

3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons tequila
2 tablespoons orange liqueur (recommended: Grand Marnier)
Kosher salt, for garnish
Special Equipment: 4 small cups (recommended: Dixie), 4 popsicle sticks

Combine sugar, lime juice, water, lemon juice and orange juice in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring, until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Once cool transfer to a blender with tequila, orange liqueur, and lime wedge and process until smooth. Pour into the cups and cover the top of each cup with foil. Place the popsicle stick in center of cup (down through foil, which will hold it in place). Freeze until hard, preferably overnight. Remove from freezer and run cup under warm water to loosen popsicle. Garnish with kosher salt and serve.

**When you add the juice it should turn a dirty greenish color, hence the name, dirty punch.
-Serve very cold.
Enjoy!
