Prep an old fashioned/ rocks glass by putting it in the fridge. Also leave out the chocolate icecream for 5 minutes to get it to a creamier stage.

Scoop a rich amount of icecream into a shaker with ice and add the milk (around half a cup should do) 1 nip of frangelico and dash of grenadine. Shake and strain into the rocks glass

You can muddle strawberries in the bottom of the glass if you wish, though this is already a decadent sipper.

A good tip is to use an expensive brand of chocolate icecream like entice, because the creamy mousse flavour is what you're aiming for. You can change the flavour of the icecream to honeycomb to get a Valentine Revenge.

Enjoy.

Using a shaker with a handful of ice in it, add the Vodka, next add the Milk (or cream), next add the Cream soda, next add the Vanilla extract (just a few drops), and then shake it up. The pressure from the soda being shaken should make the lid pop off the shaker (just make sure you shake it over a sink). Pour into martini glasses (should make two drinks) and serve with whipped cream on top. Tastes very similar to a vanilla Italian soda, hence the name of the drink.

2. Sweeten coffee; actually I really prefer maple syrup in this, but I've also had success with golden syrup and marshmallow fluff, all of which add a distinctly different flavour.

3. Allow to cool and chill (or put through your ice-cream machine); do not allow to freeze solid.

4. Add vodka and frozen coffee milkshake to cocktail shaker, NOW SHAKE!

5. Garnish with nutmeg or cocoa

Fill a blender with 2 handfuls of ice then add all parts of the booze: Jagermeister, Baileys, Creme de Cacao, Amaretto and Kaluha.

Add enough milk until the ice starts to float

Then switch on the blender, remembering to put a lid on!

Blend until ice is nicely crushed - you're aiming for a sorta MacShake style consistency here.

Pour into tall glasses and drink right away!

Note: You will need to experiment with parts, milk and ice quantities depending on how many servings - but hey, that's part of the fun innit?

Caution: I have been banned from drinking these AND making them for other people!
