Some like salt but the Erskine insists this is a saltless classic.

Fill a cocktail glass with ice, a dash of water, and set aside to chill.

Combine 30ml Gin, 30ml Cointreau (I'm sure any orange triple sec would be fine, though), 45ml Ruby Red Grapfruit juice (or similar red/pink grapefruit juice, but NOT the regular yellow stuff, which is far too bitter for this cocktail), and 20ml Pineapple Juice into a shaker, and shake.

Remove ice from cocktail glass, and strain drink into glass. Run a (small) slice of lime around the rim of the glass, squeeze a bit into the drink, and drop the lime into it.

1. Take 4 decent-sized strawberries, cut them in half and whack em in the Boston glass. Drizzle a little bit of sugar syrup on for effect.
2. Muddle that until the strawberries are mushed to bits
3. Squeeze about half a limes worth of juice. Doesnt have to be hardcore.
4. Add 100ml of orange juice (4 part)
5. Add 25ml of the Stoli raspberry (1 part)
6. Add 25ml of the Lychee liqueur (1 part)
7. Whack in some ice cubes, whack on the Boston tin and SHAKE IT BABY!
8. Stick it in a 12 ounce glass with *without* straws but *with* a plastic mixer thingy
Note: I used the ice in the shaker so they got the strawberry fruit in the glass though i guess you could strain it into a 9 ounce glass with fresh ice.

Peel fresh pomegranates and throw the chunks of juicy seeds into a fruit juicer. This can be a bit messy, but the color and taste are something else and it's definitely worth the effort. Strain the juice into a pitcher. You can add sugar to the juice if you are making a large batch, or prepare simple syrup to add as you make individual drinks.

When serving, fill a glass with ice, add two parts vodka, one part juice, about a tsp of the simple syrup and a splash of soda water (tonic will do). Stir and garnish with a lime wedge.

Prepare for the line that will form as word gets around.
