A secret recipe from the Piano Vache. Well not secret anymore, buddies !

Prepare a shaker then add the Vodka, next add the Gin, next add the Lemon juice, next add the Strawberry syrup (better if you have the famous "sirop de fraise des bois" a very rare ingredient), finaly add the Raspberry cordial. As you use the final ingredient think of it as it will be the sugar... If you want a very high sugar flavor or not. The strawberry syrup it's used to give the strawberry flavor and also to colour up your drink.

Shake.

Then serve it.

This is a fantastic drink when you're sick or just to warm you up on cold winter nights.

In a mug, combine 2 oz. of whiskey* with the juice from half a lemon and a teaspoon of honey†. Fill rest of mug with boiling water. Stir with a cinnamon stick, leaving the stick in the drink, then garnish with a lemon wedge studded with cloves and sprinkle a pinch of nutmeg on top. Let stand for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to mix and the drink to cool before drinking.

Notes:
* I usually use Irish whiskey in this drink because of its smooth flavor, but it can also be made with Scotch whisky, Canadian whisky, bourbon, brandy, or rum.
† More honey may be added to taste.

Shake in the shotglass until the honey is dissolved in the water. Pour into the glass of ice. Measure half a shot of lemon juice and pour into the glass. Pour 2 shots of calvados (apple brandy) into the glass. Stir a bit. Serve. God damn this goes down easy. If you're wicked into this drink, garnish with an apple wedge, which will do nothing but look cool. This drink might also be good in a martini glass, mixed in a shaker and strained.

Somehow this delectable martini tastes like chocolate covered fruit. Easy, smooth and delicious from the first sip to the last...

Sugar-coat the glass by rubbing a slice of lemon around the rim of the martini glass, then dip the rim in a plate of sugar and slowly rotate the glass so that it is completely coated. Next add 50ml of gin to the mixing glass, then 25ml of lemon juice and 25ml of Maraschino liqueur. And 5ml of sugar syrup. Shake in an ice-filled mixing glass for about 20 seconds. (Handy Hint: When there is condensation on the outside of the shaker, and it feels very cold, then it's mixed.) Strain, add your maraschino cherry and enjoy!

Cap the bottle, and shake. Open the bottle to let some of the built up Co2 to escape, then close and let chill in the fridge.

To drink, get a 6oz glass fill it with ice and pour in the hard lemonade, and save the rest for later.

This is great on a summers day.

Use good gold tequila. I prefer Sauza Conmemerativo. If it's too sweet add a little more lemon or a little less Amaretto.
