			<description><![CDATA[Fill a shaker with the gin, the syrups, the lemon juice, 5-6 mint leaves and about a glass full of crushed ice. Shake vigourosly for 6-8 seconds to extract the flavour from the mint, and pour everything unstrained into a highball glass.

Add ice and lemon-lime soda for topping, and decorate with a mint sprig.

Note: For one serving each part should be around 1 cl.

Kyoto is a Norwegian favorite, originally concocted by famed Norwegian bartender Roar Hildonen. This recipe is a slight twist on the original, from the cocktail bar Selskapssiden in Trondheim.]]></description>
