Take a shot glass filling 3/4 of it with amaretto. For the last 1/4 of the shot, add a layer of 151 rum to the top. Light the shot on fire. Be careful not to spill it or burn yourself, and drop the shot into your beer. Slam back the whole drink in one fell swoop. Tastes like Dr. Pepper.

This is a great drink for cold winter nights when you need something soothing.

Put the water on for tea. Choose a good Scotch or Irish Whiskey while you wait for the water to boil. Choose a loose tea or teabag -- Earl Grey or English Breakfast would be nice -- and brew your tea to the strength you prefer.

In a teacup or coffee mug, pour in 5 parts tea, then your whiskey. Stir in a teaspoon of honey, and squeeze in some lemon juice or drop a slice of lemon into the cup.

Pour spiced rum (I use Captain Morgan's) into glass of choice, followed by the orange juice. Stir and serve.

Great to made by the pitcher for a bunch of guests...it's a crowd pleaser. Plus, this is one of those drinks that is easy to make too strong if you're drunk...you won't really taste the alcohol. If it's pre mixed, it's much easier to watch yourself.

Hints:
-Pulp free orange juice is best, otherwise the consistency is sort or strange.
-DO NOT use white rum...the results are NOT GOOD.

Variations:
-Sparkling orange juice, like orangina, is a great twist.
-If you have a blender, you can double the measurements and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and blend. You now have the world's greatest milkshake.

Buy a double box of jello (2 packages) of your favorite jello flavor. Boil 1.5 cups of water (720 ml) to a boil. Add both the jello packets to the bowl, then the boiling water. Once the crystals are all dissolved, add 1.5 cups of vodka (720 ml).

If you want to be picky like me, measure out two shots into each PAPER dixie cup. This means every jello shot is actually a shot. 2 hours in the fridge; makes about 15 shots.

PROTIP: Run a knife down the sides of each cup and tear down the seam of the dixie cup for easy extraction.

PROTIP: Liquid jello is sticky. Use napkins.
