This is an infusion drink (made in a batch, not as a single cocktail) that needs to be prepared a few days in advance of serving. Be careful as it can sneak up on you!

3 cups Stoli vodka (about a fifth)
1 cup Stoli Vanilla vodka
1 cup Malibu Rum (or other coconut rum)
1 large pineapple
1/4 cup of sugar

Core, peel, and slice pineapple and place in a large jar. In a separate container mix all the liquors (using good quality vodka for this is important) with the sugar and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Then pour the liquor over the pineapple in the jar, seal with the lid, and let sit for 3 days. Strain out all of the pineapple (it will not be edible afterward).

Chill and serve in a cocktail/martini glass. Makes 6-10 drinks depending on how you pour! I double this when making it as it will keep in the fridge indefinitely.
