The rich and creamy vanilla of cream soda mix elegantly with the buttery vanilla flavors in the Schnapps. If you use Bombay Sapphire, the vanilla theme is extended as the gin is distilled with vanilla. Simply brilliant.

In a mixer pour Gin and Butterscotch Schnapps over ice and shake (or stir if you prefer). If you wish to serve it up, strain it in a chilled Martini glass. If you prefer the drink on the rocks, strain into a highball glass, or forego straining altogether. Top the glass off with the cream soda and garnish with a Maraschino cherry for color.

Drop three ice cubes in a shaker and one in the glass (if it isn't previously chilled. Pour the desired amount of vermouth over the ice cube in the glass and let it sit. Pour 2 oz. of gin into the shaker and shake as if your life depended on it. Swirl the ice cube around the glass, coating the edges with vermouth/ice water. Pour the ice cube in the sink. Place two slices of cucumber (unpeeled) into the bottom of the glass, pour the contents of the shaker over it. The most elegant of drinks! NOTE: Different than a cucumber martini with infused vodka or gin!
