Prepare a shaker full of ice then add the Earl Grey infused Gin, next add the Lemon juice, next add the Simple syrup, next add the Egg white. Shake for half a minute or so. You should get a mild meringue on top when you pour.

To infuse the gin, soak 1/4 cup loose Earl Grey tea leaves in a liter of gin for 2 hours. Don't squeeze the leaves when you strain them it will make your gin bitter.

Popular at NYC's Pegu Club and the Green Street Grill in Cambridge.

Disclaimer: This drink is for experienced drinkers only. It's not designed to look nice, it's not even designed to taste nice, it's designed to rip your head off and get you absolutely wasted. So don't say I didn't warn you.

Add to a mixer, the Absinthe, Lime Vodka and Lemon Gin and shake thoroughly for 20 seconds. Pour into shot glasses so that it is 3/4 full. Pour in the (green) Creme de Menthe and leave to mix while you prepare the salt. The resulting mix should be an almost luminous green in colour, giving the drink it's name.

The salt should be about a 1/4 of a teaspoon in volume and should be placed in a small pile in the 'web' in between the thumb and forefinger of whichever hand you will not be picking up the glass with.

To drink, first suck the salt and then (with the salt still in your mouth) down the entire contents of the shot. (After swallowing, it may be appropriate to let out a rather violent scream, but that's personal taste, hehe)

After drinking, please sit down for at least 5 minutes, and don't drink any more alcohol for at least 15 minutes. Also, you should never drink more than 4 Nuclear Waste's in one session as this could be quite rather disturbing, trust me, personal experience. I never did find out who that cat belonged to... A Nuclear Waste can be a very good start to an evening, as a 'lead-in' for more (hopefully less potent) drinks.

The size it's usually mixed to by its originator is:
1 shot Barenjager
1 shot Disaronno
1/2 shot Vodka
1/2 shot distilled water

Prepare a short tumbler about half full of ice and add the Barenjager, followed by the Disaronno and the Vodka (preferably something fairly good; Stolichnya works well, but then, so does Smirnoff). Last of all, add the water, slowly. This is to cut the thickness and absurd sweetness of the drink and, due to interesting fluid dynamics and chemistry, will cause the drink to cloud nicely, similarly to how absinthe clouds.

This was originated and pioneered by a friend of mine named Ben Cates, but never named officially. The name I've given it is merely a suggestion, until I can run it by him for approval. It's based on the traditional association of amaretto (amare, amore) and the honey nature of the drink. Feel free to suggest others!
