Easy as pie, so why oh why?! Pour an entire 750 ml bottle of gold tequila (preferably Jose Cuervo Especial), into a big, glass container that can be covered. Get a fresh Pineapple, skin that sucker, and chop it up into bite-sized squares (you see where I'm going with this?). Add them all to the tequila, cover it with aluminum foil, and leave it in the fridge for a good week, stirring every day or so.

Now, carefully pull it out, and pour yourself one of the most delicious shots you've ever had, or add ice and enjoy on the rocks. Or, even better, add this new tequila to your existing margarita and drink recipes!

But the very best part of this? Take a bite of those pineapple chunks that have been floating in the tequila for a week. Please, sit down before doing so.

Heavily shake the two measures of White rum, teaspoon of sugar syrup and single measure of lime juice with crushed ice until thoroughly frosted, then strain and pour over large lumps of ice in a tall thin glass.

Next; top up with lemonade and wait for fizz to settle. Now comes the interesting part: make sure there are people watching as you slowly pour about a measure of blue curacao over the back of a teaspoon over the bobbing ice. let the curacao slip to the bottom and serve.

Never serve with a straw for fear that your masterpiece will be unrecognisably ruined.

Add four ounces Bombay Sapphire Gin and two ounces Extra Dry Vermouth. Cover and shake until the shaker is so cold that it hurts your hands and you can't hold it anymore, then strain into your chilled martini glass. Skewer two or three cocktail onions and nestle them into your drink. Drink it cold. The ten aromatic botanicals in Sapphire conspire to cool and soothe you. Very smooth and refreshing on a hot day.

You're going to need:
-A can of frozen pink lemonade (Minute Maid, preferably)
-Vodka (Svedka, preferably)
-Raspberry schnapps (DeKuyper Raspberry Pucker, preferably)
-A blender
-Cold water

Ready?

-Take the Can of Pink Lemonade and toss it all in the blender.
-Take the empty can and fill it with cold water. Toss the water in.
-Again with the water, so you have 2 parts water, 1 part frozen lemonade. (The water has nothing to do with watering down your booze, dont worry, it is part of the pink lemonade's actual recipe. If you leave out the water, your drink will be a disaster, too sweet for anyone.)
-Take the can again and fill it 3/4 the way full of the vodka and the rest raspberry schnapps. Throw that in the mix.
-Blend it to your favorite texture and pour a few cups.
-Toss some raspberries on top if you want and enjoy with a few friends!
