Grab enough limes to make an ample amount of juice (approx 5-6 = 1 cup). Halve and juice the limes, setting aside a small sliver of one for later. Pour the lime juice into a drink pitcher. Add your tequila, triple sec and guava juice (canned is fine for this part) to the pitcher, and mix.

Next, fill a chilled cocktail shaker halfway with crushed ice and pour the desired drink amount from pitcher; cover and shake vigorously. Pour enough sea salt onto a plate to cover in one thin layer. Moisten rim of cocktail glass with a lime wedge and place rim-down in the salt, twisting glass to coat the rim. Turn the glass back over, add a few cubes of ice, and pour drink from shaker into glass. Voila!

Use this recipe with CAUTION: (Don't lit your house on fire!)

Layer of DiSaronno Amaretto, then a layer of Bailey's Irish Cream and layer of Cointreau Orange Liqueur in that order in a shot glass. You can use a spoon placed in a shot glass to help you layer the drinks, by pouring them on the convex side of the spoon. Fill the shot glasses up to the top. Then lit the glasses on fire to get the "Napalm" effect. It can take some time to fire them up, when burning wait 5-10 seconds and drink it when burning with a straw..... YOU WILL GET A REAL EXPLOSIVE WARM FEELING!

This festive drink is great at Christmas, but that's not to say it can't be drunk year-round!

Shake 1 part creme de cassis, 1 part orange liqueur (Cointreau, Grand Marnier, or any other strong triple sec) and 1 part cranberry juice over ice. Pour Champagne (or any dry to off-dry sparkling white wine) into a champagne flute until the glass is 1/3 full, and top off with the juice mixture. Best served chilled.

If you'd like this with slightly less alcohol, you can substitute sparkling grape juice for the wine.
