			<description><![CDATA[Ok, so the 4th of July weekend was a total success!!  I am thoroughly inspired by the beauty of this town. 

Grab a tall glass (tom collins type) and fill it with ice. Then add the vodka, half of coconut rum (half of what you put in for vodka) and the splash of lime juice. Top it off with the passion fruit juice and mix. I like to pour it from one glass to another a couple of times. Rim that lime wedge. Enjoy!
