2oz Cranberry juice cocktail
2oz Apple Sour (Masters of Mix, Wal-mart)

Prepare a Shaker, add the Canadian whisky, add the Cranberry juice, add the Apple Sour (I use "Masters of Mix", Find at wal-mart), next add a few Ice cubes Shake and strain in to 6oz Martini glass. Add the Cherry. This drink looks cloudy for the first few min and then clears to a nice Pale red.
I prechill all ingredients so it doesn't melt the ice to much, water can bitter and delute the taste.

Prepare a shaker full of ice then add the Earl Grey infused Gin, next add the Lemon juice, next add the Simple syrup, next add the Egg white. Shake for half a minute or so. You should get a mild meringue on top when you pour.

To infuse the gin, soak 1/4 cup loose Earl Grey tea leaves in a liter of gin for 2 hours. Don't squeeze the leaves when you strain them it will make your gin bitter.

Popular at NYC's Pegu Club and the Green Street Grill in Cambridge.

Then pour into the tub 750ml of vodka (any kind, cheap and nasty is fine), two bottles of champagne (one of them can be a sparkling rose or pink sparkling), a bottle of white wine, 4L of pineapple juice, 1.5L of orange juice, 1.5L of lemonade and 1.5L of soda water. To this mixture, add some chopped watermelon and seedless grapes. Finish off with a few scoops of ice (not too much, dont want to water her down now). And there you have the greatest ever punch. For best results, drink quickly!
