Shake brandy, light rum, orange juice, and sour mix together with less then a drop of green food coloring. Pour everything into a snifter or collins glass. Float 151 on top. Garnish with a lime wheel.

A bit of history: This drink was heavily based on a drink at the Victoria Station. It was altered to fit a theme of a function my friends I attended. I actually colored about 5oz of rum with food coloring in a spray bottle and sprayed it into the mix instead of adding the coloring directly. Then I floated the 151. However, I making these one after another for about 2 hours straight, so it was easier that way.

Shake Dark Rum, Light Rum, Apricot Brandy, Orange Juice, Lime Juice, Pineapple Juice and Sugar Syrup over ice and 2 pineapple spears (This requires a large shaker).

Strain Zombie into 1 large fishbowl glass or two Collins glasses with ice, float high proof rum (151 or other) and garnish with pineapple spear(s) and an orange slice.

This classic tiki drink is quite strong, though the alcohol is well disguised by the fruit juices.

The proportions for the mixers are approximate. I just put an ounce of white rum, half an ounce of vermouth and half an ounce of apricot brandy into a Mason jar over ice, top it off with equal portions of orange juice and lemonade, and throw in a splash of grenadine.

It won't put hair on your chest, but it sure tastes good.

Prepare a shaker of ice then add the Vodka, Rum, Gin, Apricot Brandy, and Blue Curacao (you can substitute Triple Sec if you don't have the Blue Curacao, you just won't have the blue-green color).

Finish with Pineapple juice, Orange juice, and Sour mix.

Shake well and strain into shot glasses. Can also be served as a cocktail either "straight up" or "on the rocks."
