That's the favorite drink of a lot of college kids nowadays. Try floating a splash of amaretto on the top of the SoCo Lime -- it's a nice little kick in the aftertaste, cutting down on the bitterness that a lot of people complain about.

BTW -- Funtime, the SoCo was added, ExtraTasty just doesn't give the brand name in the recipe. SoCo is a brand peach liqueur.

Place 2 oz Amaretto in a shaker filled with ice. Add the juice of one lemon, that's right, all the juice you can get out of the damned thing. And for god's sake, use a REAL lemon, not that bitter and stale bottled juice, (It helps if you "roll" the lemon on a counter top using some pressure to release the juice from the membranes inside the lemon.)Shake vigorously until the shaker is frosty and your hands hurt from the cold. Strain into a martini glass, and garnish with lemon zest. MMmmmm. Puckerful!

You can change up the alcohol ratio and mixers ratio (1 part is a bit high for the mix, the one i use tends to be really sour) preferably i like to use less vodka but it's all up to you! Serve in a chilled martini class with a nice big slice of pineapple.

This is usually served as a layered shot. Add 1/2 oz "Peach flavored Bourbon" (SoCo, typically), 1/2 oz Amaretto, finally 1/2 oz Cranberry juice. Use a spoon to layer if necessary.

Add a splash of lime juice or lime garnish if you like... try it with and without, it changes the flavor noticeably.

Get it all in your mouth at once, no sipping.

It is best to start all ingredients with a shaker. Get a shot glass and pour in one shot of the Cognac, as well as one shot of Amaretto. You then want to add the 2 shots of milk. I did not use regular milk, but instead rice milk as it gives it this vanilla-y rich and not too creamy flavor. It's a personal choice, but whatever. You then want to add a splash of the Cream of Coconut. Here it is okay to substitute with any of the coffee creamers they have in stores that are delicious (like the almond toffee and blueberry). Now add the coffee, just a half a tablespoon of (preferably decaf) instant coffee just for the flavor, scent, and bitter tones. You then add the shot of Bailey's Irish Cream. I chose Dark Mint, as it went well with the mix but to each his own. Finally, add a splash of half and half and squirt just a teensy bit of chocolate syrup in. Obviously, add ice to the shaker. Shake, pour, hop.
