Add ice to a rocks glass. Pour 3 ounces of ginger ale over the ice. Float one ounce of Fernet-Branca bitters over the top.

My wife named this drink "The Dog" because with the Fernet float on top of the ginger ale, it's an "auto-chaser".

An acquired taste, but excellent for settling a roiling stomach.

Throw in your desired amount of ice.
Add equal parts Buttershnapps and Cream Soda.
Top it off with some Whipped Cream (optional, sissy).

Great drink for Diabetics and high school girls that can't handle tasting the liquor. Quite, quite delish, enjoy.

Prep an old fashioned/ rocks glass by putting it in the fridge. Also leave out the chocolate icecream for 5 minutes to get it to a creamier stage.

Scoop a rich amount of icecream into a shaker with ice and add the milk (around half a cup should do) 1 nip of frangelico and dash of grenadine. Shake and strain into the rocks glass

You can muddle strawberries in the bottom of the glass if you wish, though this is already a decadent sipper.

A good tip is to use an expensive brand of chocolate icecream like entice, because the creamy mousse flavour is what you're aiming for. You can change the flavour of the icecream to honeycomb to get a Valentine Revenge.

Enjoy.

This is a recipe typical from San Sebastian, on the Northern coast of Spain. It's usually served in glasses of half-a-liter capacity, I say this just so that you'll be able to manage the proportions better.

Place about six pieces of ice in the glass, then pour vodka until the glass is full to a quarter of its capacity. Pour the juice of one lemon, fill what's left of the glass with Cola (usually Coke). Rub the top of the glass with the lemon peel, then toss it to the glass.

You've got the mixture right if the lemon juice makes the drink taste a little sour.
