Generally in a bar this is made with Roses lime, which is much sweeter than lime juice. That's why people using real lime juice either use less or add sugar. - lumpenprole(899 days ago)

I would suggest using MUCH less lime than that. No more than 1 part to every 2 of gin, but I probably make them for myself in a ratio of about 1:5 - mobius416(958 days ago)
