In a hurricane glass add hard ice and pour 1 nip of cointreau and 1/2 nip Midori Melon liqueur.

In a boston shaker, shake a scoop of crushed ice with 1/2 nip Blue Curacao until cold, and quickly add the pineapple juice to the glass. Scoop out the crushed ice mix into preferably an icecream scoop and place gently on top of pineapple juice.

Garnish with pineapple leaf, pineapple segment and orange wheel.
