I prefer to have this "float" style, with the cider on the bottom. When layering these two, it helps to place a spoon upside down against the inside of the glass and pour the lager (a stout is really good like this too) over the back of it slowly. If done correctly, the two should stay mostly seperated - leaving you with a "dessert" finish for your final gulp. - Jakob(668 days ago)
