Vodka Sunset by Amaranth
Booze
1 part Vodka
1 part Coconut rum
A splash of Blue Curacao
Mixers
2 parts Lemonade
Garnishes
Lemon
Ice
Directions
Prepare a highball glass full of ice and add 1 nip of vodka and Malibu rum. Fill with Traditional Lemonade/ squash (like lift/solo) if you have it. Drop in 3 to 4 drops of Blue curacao at your own discretion. This creates the sunset.

Garnish with pineapple leaf and lemon wheel.

 Very tasty indeed! Although I would rename it.. A vodka sunset is generally Vodka, Grapefruit Juice and Grenadine. Carribean Sunset might be a fitting name! - Jakob (893 days ago)
