In an old fashioned glass with two cubes of ice, add the Tequila and the Coffee liqueur, next add the Mint liqueur (or MInt schnapps) and 1/4 ounce vodka.

Mix it all with the Condensed milk. Cut a drinking straw by the middle and put in both halves.
