Using a shaker with a handful of ice in it, add the Vodka, next add the Milk (or cream), next add the Cream soda, next add the Vanilla extract (just a few drops), and then shake it up. The pressure from the soda being shaken should make the lid pop off the shaker (just make sure you shake it over a sink). Pour into martini glasses (should make two drinks) and serve with whipped cream on top. Tastes very similar to a vanilla Italian soda, hence the name of the drink.
