Extratasty - Mojito by oobleck - Ingredients: Rum, Soda water, Lemon juice, Lime juice, Mint, Sugar

Mojito by oobleck

2 parts Rum

2 parts Soda water

1 part Lemon juice

1 part Lime juice

Mint

Sugar

This was apparently one of Ernest Hemingway's favorite drinks.

In a collins glass, muddle together 8-12 mint leaves and 1 tsp sugar. Then mix in 2oz Rum and 2oz citrus juice. Fill with crushed ice and 2oz soda water. Enjoy.

This is the taste of liquid sunshine.

	also, should be made in a pint glass for proper dosage. rum portion can be bumped up to dangerous levels without effecting the overall taste. - bughouse (1016 days ago)

	Some recipes also include a dash of Angostra Bitters which can richen up the taste of the drink. Although it does also add a brown tint to it. - laver (1032 days ago)
