Prepare a tall glass full of ice then add equal parts Vodka, Coffee liqueur, and Cola, then add the Cream. It may take some considerable mixing; it works best to stir the drink by using a stabbing motion rather than a swirling motion with the straw. They don't have to be equal parts; experiment to see how you like the flavor best.
