Extratasty - French 75 by ewan - Ingredients: Champagne, Gin, Sugar syrup, Lemon juice

French 75 by ewan

5 parts Champagne

1 part Gin

1 part Sugar syrup

A splash of Lemon juice

Shake gin, lemon juice, and syrup with ice. Strain into a champagne flute. Top with champagne. Do Not use Congnac that is NOT a French 75!

	There are two possible ways to make a French 75, and both are totally valid. Cognac has a sort of orange/citrus flavor which makes it super nice with the lemon juice. - amysue (873 days ago)
