Extratasty - Grown up Milkshake by screwtape - Ingredients: Irish cream, Butterscotch Schnapps, Ginger ale, Ice

2 parts Irish cream

1 part Butterscotch Schnapps

6 parts Ginger ale

Ice

Using a Highball Glass:
Add 1 Shot Irish Cream
Add 1/2 Shot Butterscotch Schnapps
Add Ice
Fill the rest of the glass with Ginger Ale

Drink!!!

	How did I miss this one? I should have told you eargang, from the get go that:- MILK PRODUCTS CURDLE WITH SOFTDRINK AKA SPIDER. Who the fuck puts milk with anything alcoholic anyway. Disturbing. - Amaranth (999 days ago)
	Incredibly gross. I followed the instructions to the letter and the cream in the Irish Cream started reacting with the fizz in the ginger ale and started seperating into different layers from the get-go, leaving a grainy texture on top and alcohol on the bottom. The bit that I was able to drink tasted ok, but the grossness won in the end and we tossed our two "milkshakes" out. - eargang (1000 days ago)
	The Irish Cream and ginger ale create a frothy texture, just like a milkshake! I didn't use quite as much ginger ale as this recipe calls for, which makes it a little thicker. Overall...a FANTASTIC drink! - Dora (1045 days ago)
