Booze
3 parts Champagne
1 part Absinthe
Mixers
A splash of Angostura Bitters
Garnishes
Sugar
Directions
Place a sugar cube at the bottom of a chilled champagne flute, and dribble the Angostura Bitters onto it.

Let it sit for a moment, to soak, then pour the Absinthe over the sugar cube.

Top up with chilled champagne, and serve.
