Put ice, Vodka, Coffee liqueur (use Kahlua), (Bailey's) Irish cream, and Vanilla Ice Cream in the blender. Start the blender. Meanwhile, drizzle chocolate syrup down around the inside edge of a pint glass. Decant (that means pour out) the mixture from the blender into the pint glass, trying not to interfere with the chocolate syrup. Serve with a straw. Enjoy immoderately.
