Add the lime vodka and honey (about 1 teaspoon) to an old fashioned glass and stir until the honey is dissolved. Next fill the glass with ice, and add equal parts ginger ale and green tea (or Green Tea Ginger Ale, if you can get it) until the glass is nearly full. Optionally, float a touch of herbal liqueur, such as Jagermeister or Gammel Dansk on top. Garnish with a lime wedge or slice of lemon.
