	I know it sounds gross, but this is actually an amazing hangover preventative. Chug 1/2 glass salt water (as much salt as 1/2 a glass of water will hold) and 1 glass plain water just before bed. The salt will help you retain the water and actually rehydrate you, rather than just pissing it right out. The salt will also be broken down into electrolytes, which you're lacking after a long night of drinking.
