Cut oranges in half and remove the pulp leaving the orange peel intact.

Dissolve one packet of jello with 1/2 cup of boiling water. Once dissolved, add a 1/2 cup of vodka.

Lay the orange peels in a tray and fill with the jello.

Set in fridge until firm. Cut into slices to serve.
