Prepare a tall glass and lace the glass with the ice-cream chocolate syrup. Allow to set before adding the actual drink.

Then in a mixing glass, fill it with ice. Then start making the actual drink.
It consists of 1 part Bailey's Irish Cream, then add the Orange liqueur (Cointreau, Curacao Bleu, Grand Marnier) and an optional a dash of Chocolate Liqueur.
Then add 2-3 parts cream and/or milk.

Shake and taste. Add more liqueur or cream to taste.
Once finished, poor slowly into the glass.
And finish by sprinkling the foamy top with cocoa powder.
