Press the juice of half a lime in a tall glass. Add the simple syrup and 8~10 mint leaves. Muddle for at least 15 seconds. Put a lot of ice, 2 or 3 slices of lime and about 6 strawberries cut in half. Add the White rum. Fill with Soda water. Garnish with a small strawberry and a beautiful mint leaf on top.
