Extratasty - Tootsie Pop by jseattle - Ingredients: Coffee liqueur, Root beer

1 part Coffee liqueur

1 part Root beer

Prepare a tall glass full of ice then add the coffee liqueur, next add the root beer. Add a tootsie pop to garnish. Out of the wrapper preferably.
