Get a shot glass and add the Vodka, about a shot and a half. Then, add the Blue Curacao, only about half a shot. Next, add the Bailey's Irish Cream, by sticking a straw in the bottle and covering the end of it with your thumb, or finger, so that the straw holds a small amount of bailey's in it.
