easy amaretto sour by saenz
Booze
2 parts Amaretto
Mixers
1 part Sugar syrup
1 part Egg white
1 part Lemon juice
Garnishes
Ice
Directions
3/4 cup sugar (and a bit of water) in the microwave for 1 minute, stir, repeat till the sugar is completely melted. place this syrup in the blender with 1 cup of amaretto, 1/2 cup lemon juice, 12 cubes of ice and 1 egg white... blend for 1 minute... ENJOY!!!
