Muddle the lime (use one whole lime diced, normally you can quickly get 8 even chunks) with the mint leafs and sugar (brown is best if you have it). Top up with ice then add the rum and bison grass vodka and top off with apple juice. Shake in a cocktail shaker, then pour into a tall glass (normally a pint). Garnish with some fresh mint leafs and a couple more chunks of lime and enjoy!!!
