You will prepare this in a Collin's glass, or however you want it, just mix it to the right proportions. Fill the glass with ice, then add all the liquors and liqueurs, generally about 1/2 ounce to 3/4 ounce of each, then fill with the sweet and sour. Be sure and don't use too much sweet and sour, you don't want to ruin the drink. Cap and shake well. Now add the soda, or Sprite or Seven-Up, or whatever that resembles that. Now just throw the garnish in and enjoy! It's pretty much a blue Long Island Tea, but it takes good just the same.
