Bushmills Tipperary by bicentennialman
Booze
4 parts Irish whiskey
1 part Herbal liqueur
Mixers
1 part Sweet Vermouth
Garnishes
Ice
Directions
Chill a cocktail glass. Pour .25 oz Green Chartreuse into it. Swirl the glass, coating the inside with the Chartreuse. Pour out the excess.
Fill a mixing glass with ice, add 1 oz Bushmills and .25 oz sweet vermouth. Stir for 30 seconds, then strain into the cocktail glass.
