In a glass, add Sherry and Amaretto. Mix the alcohols well, then pour the apple cider down the center of the glass, mixing the alcohol with the cider.

May be served warm or cold, though cold is preferable. (If serving cold, mix all of the ingredients with a healthy amount of ice to keep it nice and chilly!)
